Fenerbahce have made an offer for Manchester City striker Emmanuel Adebayor. Adebayor is on-loan at Real Madrid until June and the Spanish giants will not be seeking a permanent deal for the Togo international. Sabah says Fener made contact with City and indicated they're prepared to pay £16 million for Adebayor. Adebayor is reluctant to move to Istanbul, however.
